Benjamin Evans, General Counsel
Ben has extensive experience in handling the legal aspects of complex real estate transactions including the acquisition, disposition, exchange and development of domestic and international commercial property, office and retail leasing, formation of joint ventures, and equity and debt financing. Ben received his Juris Doctorate cum laude from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1999 and is admitted to practice law in Missouri and California. Prior to joining TriStar, Ben worked in the real estate and business departments of major law firms in Kansas City, San Francisco and St. Louis
