Land planning and development is one of TriStar's core competencies. We prefer to purchase large tracts on interstate highways that can be transformed into master planned communities or business parks. TriStar is particularly interested in land with interstate highway exposure and frontage that does not have adequate access. TriStar will consider acquiring such land if it can obtain authorization to construct an interchange.
We also are interested in smaller, strategically located, in-fill properties with exceptional upside potential. We will take land through zoning and entitlements if necessary, provided the landowner and community are cooperative.

Park 370 is a 400-plus acre master planned retail and business center. The TriStar affiliate added the interchange to enhance access.
