regional operations center
This 128,000 square foot building was developed by an affiliate of TriStar and leased to a major insurance company as one of its four regional operations centers. It was completed on schedule and on budget in 2009.
The building typifies the TriStar approach to value office, with large floor plates, six-to-1000 parking and systems upgraded to accommodate high-density occupancy, leading to a lower rent per employee expense for our tenants.
