Rodney H. Thomas, Chief Executive Officer
Rod has been a real estate investor and developer for over 30 years, with an emphasis in land. At the age of 19, Rod established a residential retrofitting company that he grew into one of the largest companies of its kind in the United States, which was sold to a national firm in 1999. Rod is a founder of TriStar Property Associates (formerly known as TriStar Business Communities), which has become one of the nation’s pre-eminent property acquisition and development firms, with experience in a broad array of product types.
