sierra negra ranch master-planned community

A TriStar affiliate purchased property from two owners to assemble this 2,800-plus acre project on the outskirts of the growth corridor west of Phoenix. TriStar selected these properties because of their interstate access, abundant water and attractive selling prices.

The property was laid out as a master planned community with residential, commercial, recreational and institutional uses. After successfully initiating entitlements, including a major water study, the TriStar-affiliated partnership sold the property, with significantly increased value, to another developer.
