As part of the due diligence on this building, a detailed analysis was undertaken for purposes of obtaining historic tax credits. The building was subsequently purchased and then re-sold to another developer, at a significant profit, for conversion to apartments, a movie theater, a bowling alley and a 600-plus car parking garage.
